We just returned from a wonderful 5-day stay at Wilson’s Coastal Club and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the hosts and the charm of the surroundings made us feel completely at home. Views of the bay, the sound of the waves, and sunsets were spectacular. The accommodations struck the ideal balance between cozy comfort and rustic character. Every detail, from the cottage to the gardens, to the wood fired hot tub reflected the care taken. The hospitality here is second to none. The staff’s genuine friendliness and attention to detail made our stay truly special. They shared local tips for scenic drives and even arranged a fresh lobster dinner . If you’re looking for a place to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience Nova Scotia’s beauty at its finest, this is the place. We left with full hearts, countless photos, and a promise to ourselves that we’ll be back. Elizabeth Donaldson

From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be a memorable stay. The staff were fantastic—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The location is beautiful, with the ocean just steps away, offering a peaceful and relaxing backdrop to our visit. One of the highlights was soaking in the incredible saltwater hot tubs. Sitting in the warm, soothing water while breathing in the fresh sea air was pure bliss. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and unwind. We loved that the property has eight charming cottages, making it a perfect spot for family reunions or group getaways. Between the stunning views, cozy accommodations, and shared spaces, it’s ideal for creating lasting memories together. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way—wonderful surroundings, amazing amenities, and a team that goes above and beyond. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already looking forward to our return. Highly recommended for anyone wanting comfort, charm, and a perfect oceanside escape.

Between the private beach, the seaside sauna, and the immaculate condition of the cottages, it’s a delightful coastal retreat. The cottages feel cozy with each having a wood-fire hot tub to relax in and enjoy the view. Furthermore , the service is top-tier as the owners take pride in the property.

From the time I booked the accommodations until the time we left, we were impressed with the staff as well as the facilities. I spoke with Bonnie on the phone and she was the lady who introduced us to our cottage for the two nights of our stay. She is warm, friendly and full of information. The cottage was even better than anticipated, in particular the kitchen was very suitable for our needs. One of the beds had a soft mattress, the other was firm. We (there were three of us), prefer firm, but realize that is a preference not a shortfall of the accommodations. Before leaving, we wandered down towards the water and met Adam who is a treasure trove of information about the local area and Wilson's Coastal Club, in particular. On our way out, we met Julie and had a lovely conversation with her as well. We came to Wilson's because of a deal on the accommodations and I had an event in the area, but found the experience enjoyable enough that we are now looking for a reason to go back. Thank you to all the staff mentioned (and those still unknown) who made our visit such a pleasant escape.

The most wonderful experience yet again! We chose cottage 7(our 5th stay at this cottage and our favourite. Very clean, comfortable beds, wood stove and everything you could possibly want or need. The outdoor salt water hot tub was that extra perk that topped off our amazing weekend. We used the oceanfront sauna and walked along the beach collecting shells and sea glass. The tide was low so we found many little treasures. The owners and staff were so friendly and helpful. Another perfect weekend and already looking at booking our favourite cottage again.

We had an amazing anniversary trip to Wilson’s Coastal Club. We stayed in Cabin #6 and it was perfect. Sitting in the wood fired hot tub at the edge of the ocean, listening to the waves made for such great evenings. The cabins were clean and cute and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. Any stores or restaurants you need are close by, but once you arrive at your cabin you’ll never want to leave. We’re already planning a return trip!
